Terms of sale

  • All rates are quoted before applicable taxes (10% or 20% VAT depending on services) unless otherwise stated in the quote.
  • Rates include chauffeur services, fuel and third-party liability insurance for passengers.
  • Night-time rates apply between 8:00pm and 7:00am on weekdays and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
  • “Excursion” rates (not to be confused with “At your disposal” rates) include the driver’s meals and highway tolls. Parking fees, entrance fees, and use of the telephone are not included.
  • With a car “at your disposal”, unforeseen travel expenses (tolls, parking, entrance fees, telephone, driver’s meal, etc.) will be invoiced to the client.
  • Driver’s meals will be billed for any service (except transfers) carried out between 12pm – 2pm or 7pm – 9pm. Chauffeur’s overnight expenses will be billed as well.
  • Car at your disposal will be billed for a minimum of 4 hours. Parts of an hour will be billed as a full hour. Time and mileage are calculated from departure to return to the garage.
  • Any time or mileage exceeding what was stated on the initial quote will be billed additionally.
  • Waiting time is billed during a transfer. In railway stations and airports, waiting time is calculated from the scheduled time of arrival of the plane or train until the pick-up time of the passenger.
  • Pro Parking fees at ADP will be systematically billed to the customer.
  • Our prices are subject to change without notice. Only prices given in writing in an official quote will be considered valid. Prices in our quotes are valid for 15 days from the date the quote was sent, and always subject to availability.
  • Data provided on this website is for information purposes only and cannot be considered binding.
  • Luggage remain customer’s sole responsibility. Laisser Passer will not be liable in case of loss, theft, damage to some items during transportation or for items left in our vehicles.
  • Order confirmation is secured with a credit card number (Visa or Master Card). The full payment of the service will be collected at time of booking.
  • No discount is granted for early payment.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, any service cancelled less than 48 hours before the service was due to begin is payable at 100%. Any service cancelled within 72 hours before the service was due to begin is payable at 50%.
  • Customer no-show at pick-up point will be billed in full.
  • Our invoices are payable upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • Any unpaid amount on the due date will be charged automatically and without prior notice default interests of (3) three times the legal interest rate.
  • By using our services any person or legal entity is deemed to have fully accepted our terms and conditions.
  • Any claims must be registered within a maximum of 8 days after the end of service, via registered letter with return receipt. After this period, no claim will be considered. In case of litigation, the court having jurisdiction in the location of Laisser Passer’s head office will have sole competency in this matter.
